Parking and Essentials:Two assigned parking spaces, plus additional street or unmarked spots available.

Floor Plan: First floor features living spaces, a half bath, master bedroom with a king bed and bathroom. The second floor features another master bedroom with a king bed and bathroom. One guest room has a queen and twin bed. The other guest bedroom has a twin bunk with a full and twin bed, and an additional twin bed. This home sleeps 11 people.

Starter Kit Provided – Includes toilet paper, paper towels, laundry soap, trash bags, and hospitality soaps. For extended stays, consider bringing extras.

• Guests with reservations of 2 to 21 nights at participating vacation properties will receive a credit toward beach gear rentals during their stay.
• This home includes a beach gear credit for you to select top-quality beach gear for your vacation stay. Details will come via email from VayKLife
• Choose from beach chairs, coolers, beach carts, umbrellas, and more...
• Select your gear at least 48 hours before your scheduled check-in date, and VayKLife will take care of the rest.

Please note: 
- You must be 25 years or older and staying on property to rent this property.

-Animals are not allowed.

-We do provide a 12 cup coffee pot and Keurig coffee maker.  Bring your favorite K cup or ground blend.

-Towels are provided in all bathrooms, but they are not meant to be taken to the beach or pool. Please pack beach towels.

-Trailers may not be parked in the parking lot at the complex, but can be parked on the street if following local city ordinances. Most people rent a spot to park their trailers at Marker 37.
