What Our Guests Are Saying

We stayed in 307, and it was very comfortable, newer furniture and appliances, both beds were great. We liked the patio bar and stools for meals overlooking the pool and beach. The AC was cold, the condo was quiet (difficult to even hear each other upstairs/downstairs), and the blackout curtains made sleeping in possible. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Courtney was very responsive and delivered a can opener about 10 min after we asked. It made the whole weekend relaxed knowing we didn’t have any worries.

When the condo we reserved had issues, the Mayan Princess staff asked us if we wanted to switch from our 1 bedroom to a 2 bedroom at no additional cost.
