Living Area

Mayan Princess 214 is furnished with a sofa, love seat, coffee table, and sophisticated island decor. There are floor to ceiling window walls with sun shade window treatment and balcony access. There is a large flat panel television with Spectrum cable and wifi. The bunk beds have a privacy door and are a hit with the younger kids!

Kitchen & Dining

The galley kitchen is outfitted with full size appliances and all you need to whip up a quick meal. There is a 12 cup coffee maker and a Keurig to get your morning started. Bar stool seating is at the kitchen snack bar. The dining table seats four. At the entry, you will find the stackable washer and dryer closet.

Primary En-suite

Mayan Princess 214 condo sleeps up to four guests between the king bed in the master bedroom and twin over twin bunk beds off the living area. The dresser and built in's are a classic touch. There is a privacy door between the bedroom and bathroom so guests can access the bathroom without disturbing the master bedroom. The bathroom has been remodeled with a spa like feel and includes a new vanity, walk in shower, and tile floor. 

Outdoor Areas

As a guest at the Mayan Princess Condominium Resort, you'll enjoy access to several amenities, including an outdoor hot tub, private boardwalk, and three tropical pools (the deeper pool is open year-round and heated during the cooler months). Also available are water volleyball, a sand pit for beach volleyball, as well as a horseshoe pit.
All sporting items can be checked out and returned to the front desk.
Poolside BBQ pits and picnic tables are available on a first come basis.

The Mayan Princess is located between North Padre Island and Port Aransas on Mustang Island. It's about a 9 or 10 minute drive in either direction. Walk just 3 minutes to the beach via private boardwalk access. Fishing enthusiasts in your group will find ample opportunities nearby to make the perfect catch. Drive 4 minutes South to Mustang Island State Park to explore the local flora and fauna of the South Texas Coast. Or spend the day visiting the Port Aransas Nature Preserve and Leonabelle Turnbull Birding Center (10.5 miles). Sample an abundance of restaurants, shops, and convenient amenities in Corpus Christi.
