Outdoor Space:
This end-unit townhome offers more expansive outdoor space than middle units. The deck features upgraded Trex decking and ample space for outdoor dining, sunbathing, or simply watching the boats glide by. Forget the hassle of public boat ramps. Bring your own boat or rent one locally and keep it right at the house. The private dock makes it effortless to head out for a day of bay fishing or offshore adventures.
While the boat lift is not available, there are plenty of tie off points at the deck to comfortably dock your boat port or starboard. There is also a fish cleaning station with fresh water.
Parking Space: There are two parking spaces in front of the condo. There is limited parking on a first come first serve basis located in the designated street parking space. Do NOT block the flow of traffic in the street as emergency vehicles MUST be able to pass freely.
