When entering LagunaVilla, there is a great dining space that overlooks the Laguna Madre Bay. It features a farmhouse dining table that seats 6 people comfortably. The spacious, fully equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing meals or pulling up a bar stool to enjoy a quick snack,

The living area offers a full size couch, two love seats, a wall mounted streaming television, and access to the street side balcony.

3 BEDROOMS / 2 BATHROOMS (SLEEPS 7)
The first bedroom is located on the bay side of the house with views of the Laguna Madre. It has a queen size bed, ceiling fan, closet storage, and it's own air conditioned comfort system with separate controls.
The kids bunk room is located off the main living area and has a twin over full bed configuration, and closet storage. The top twin bunk is more suited for a child and not recommended for adults. The bunk room is next to the common area full bathroom with shower.
The Primary en-suite features a queen bed, closet space, and a large full bathroom with shower.
