Bring your own boat or rent one locally and keep it right at the house. The private dock makes it effortless to head out for a day of bay fishing the Laguna Madre or offshore adventures.
While the boat lift is not available, there are plenty of tie off points at the deck to comfortably dock your boat port or starboard. There is a fish cleaning station with fresh water, And the dockside is lighted for safety as well as boasts a powerful underwater light for watching marine life.
Parking Space: There are two designated parking spaces in front of the condo. There is limited parking on a first come first serve basis located in the provided street parking spaces. Do NOT block the flow of traffic in the street or neighboring units as vehicles MUST be able to pass freely.

Island Favorites: You are less than a mile from Beach access or the historic Bob Hall Pier, as well as Marker 37 Marina where you can meet your fishing guide or request they pick you up from the dock! For eats there is the famous Docs Seafood & Steak, Snoopy’ s Pier, or Rock n Roll Sushi close by.
Adventure Awaits: Check out the Texas State Aquarium or the USS Lexington in nearby downtown Corpus Christi.
Outdoor Activities: Beyond fishing, the area is a hub for kayaking, kiteboarding, and golfing at the nearby island courses.

Beach, Boats, & Breeze is a canal home. While we do encourage boats and fishing from the pier, we do NOT recommend swimming in the canal. There are inherent dangers in the water, from sharp barnacles on the pilings, walls, and other submerged objects to canal currents that can pull you from the dock.
RELEASE OF LIABILITY - In consideration of the right to visit the home, Guest agrees to hold harmless the property homeowners and On Island Time Properties owners and employees for any loss, liability, damage, or cost that may incur during occupancy on or around the property including the deck, piers, boat docks, boat slips/launches, ladders, and bulkheads. ALL GUESTS AGREE THAT ALL CHILDREN MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY AN ADULT ANYWHERE ON OR NEAR THE WATER AT ALL TIMES. Guests assume the risk of injury or other losses relating to any recreational activities and will hold the home owners and On Island Time Properties owners and employees harmless with respect to this.
