We loved staying at this location and cannot say enough about how clean and nice it was! We were blown away and would definitely like to return! The pools at this location we also perfect for our children! Love everything about it! Thanks for having us!

Friendly helpful staff, maintenance person nice and would hold doors and gates open for us and all staff would greet us with a hello! Cleaning staff was very friendly when we passed them in the hall or elevator.

First time here and would definitely stay here again. If not in 307, hopefully a room as nice as 307.

Our second great vacation in this same unit. We will be back again and again. The guests and staff are all wonderful friendly folks. Pools and grounds are well maintained. Unit was clean, well appointed and provided everything needed for a comfortable and relaxing vacation.

We had such a wonderful stay at MP108! Room was clean and inviting. We loved the close location to the pool and the beach. The team even brought us a blender for our frozen drinks in 10 minutes! Outstanding service and experience. Will book again next time!

We had a wonderful visit. Staff was helpful, friendly and very pleasant. Facilities in good shape and clean. Loved the location.

We had a wonderful visit. I'd recommend it for families or couples or girls' trip. Lots to do in the area, especially for birding enthusiasts. The Texas Marine Science Institute is free (donations encouraged) and great for both kids and adults.

I think I mostly texted with Courtney and she was awesome! Quick to answer my questions. They're quick reply to email or text messages. The ease of the entire reservation from start to finish! Very friendly.

I was in town for a wedding and my daughter recommended Mayan Princess. I searched as there were quite a few units available to rent. I liked the photos of unit M116 and that it was on the ground floor. I could walk out the sliding door and the pool was right there. I didn't hear any noise from people in the pool. The unit was very comfortable for me. I'm a picky pillow person and found that there were different variations of soft - more firm to chose from, that was great - the bed was very comfy. TV's had cable! The shower had a bar for people that are balance challenged to hold onto if needed. I can't think of anything to complain about - all was great!

Everyone was friendly and always very helpful. Always good coffee in the mornings. Cannot say enough about the staff they are top notch.

The condo we stayed at 106 very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our time there.

Our stay was by far one of the best vacations we have had. We have stayed all over, but this property was clean, well maintained, and the owners made sure even the smallest details made us feel special. The pantry was stocked, sanitary and self-care items were made available for the guests. The view was absolutely amazing; I felt like I was at a resort! The staff of the condo were friendly and so helpful!

Unit was very cute. Great shower! Plenty of starter items for our stay for the weekend made things easy. Nice, varied kitchen items to make/cook drinks/food. Lots of towels was a pleasant surprise and much appreciated. The chairs/tent available in the until to take to the beach also a great plus though we didnt need the tent for our weekend stay. Would definitely stay again.

The front staff was great . And the day we checked in an unbelievable rain storm going on . Everyone was very professional. And talked with everyone when you came into the lobby . The other staff very friendly and helpful. We plan on going back next Easter and hope to get the same room .

Love the room and the ease of getting to the room . And the elevators were always working . Liked the ease of getting towels for the outdoor activities. The big conference room was great for our family dinner .

What an amazing property! my husband is from Corpus and we always stay at hotels to visit family. I thought it would be a nice change to rent a house for our extended weekend stay and boy did we luck out!!! check-in was smooth, the property was AMAZING. we had the most amazing weather for a nice dip in the pool and plenty of space for the grandkids to run around and enjoy! We will absolutely be back to rent this house again!
