The front staff was great . And the day we checked in an unbelievable rain storm going on . Everyone was very professional. And talked with everyone when you came into the lobby . The other staff very friendly and helpful. We plan on going back next Easter and hope to get the same room .

Love the room and the ease of getting to the room . And the elevators were always working . Liked the ease of getting towels for the outdoor activities. The big conference room was great for our family dinner .

We had a great family get away with our immediate family and my sister from Maine who I had not seen bc of Covid since 2019! Plenty of room. Comfortable sleeping, awesome patio and the walkover to the beach was great. Beautifully decorated made it feel like we were somewhere tropical. Cant wait to book again!!.

We are so happy The Mayan Princess is back. The condo we stayed in was absolutely beautiful, very comfortable and brand new. We have always loved it here, with the rebuilding it is even better! The renovations were not a problem at all, to us it means we will be back.
