Please do not park a vehicle in the garage. There are two assigned parking spaces in front of the townhome. Additional unassigned parking along the fence.
Pets are limited to (1) one and must be under fifty pounds (50lbs). There is a pet fee and you are responsible for damages and incidents incurred during your stay. The damage waiver does NOT include damages incurred by pets.
Sandhill Townhomes community pool is heated during the cooler months.
About Crane's Roost
Crane's Roost is a pet-friendly beach vacation rental nestled in the prestigious Sandhill Townhomes community located on a private lane, just off of South 11th Street in Port Aransas, Texas. It is centrally located to beaches, bays, shops, dining, and of course, salt water fishing! This charming 3 bedroom, 3 1/2 bath is a three-story townhome with garage and Casita (efficiency apartment) located on the lower level. There is not an elevator, each floor is accessible via stairs. The second floor is where you will find the main living area with two balconies, a well-stocked kitchen, dining table, and powder room. Upstairs, on the third floor, are the master en-suite (with peek-a-boo ocean views from the balcony) and large guest en-suite. There is a full size washer and dryer located in the hallway between the bedrooms. The second and third floors are zone climate controlled with thermostats on each floor. The Casita has it's own in-wall air conditioner.
Crane's Roost is the perfect base camp for your next family beach vacation destination!
Living Area
The living area is on the second floor and accessible via stairs. The living area features a large balcony and plenty of room to lounge and relax during your stay. There is a 60" Roku television with satellite service and secure WIFI. Sleeping arrangements include a queen size sleeper sofa and futon. The powder room is located at the living room entry.
Kitchen & Dining
Crane's Roost has a well-stocked kitchen and is equipped with full-size appliances and all the basics you will need for dining in during your stay. There is a Keurig Duo coffee maker to get your morning started and a dining table for six (6). A balcony overlooking the backyard is located off the kitchen/dining area.
Primary En-suite
The master bedroom offers a plush king size bed, 42" flat screen TV with satellite service, a private bathroom with a tub/shower combo, large walk-in closet, and a third-floor balcony offering peek-a-boo views of the Gulf of Mexico.
Guest En-suite
The guest bedroom is outfitted with a queen size bed, two reach-in closet spaces, and a 32" flat screen TV with satellite service. There is a privacy door to a full size bathroom with shower.
The Casita
The Casita (efficiency apartment) is located downstairs with its own private entrance. It offers a kitchenette with mini fridge,
full-size bed, and 42" flat screen TV with satellite service. There is a full-size bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The air conditioner is an in-wall unit.
Outdoor Areas
As a guest of Crane's Roost, you will have easy access to Sandhill Townhomes community heated pool, hot tub, sun deck, and pool-side charcoal BBQ pits. Pool-side charcoal BBQ pits are first come, first serve. Charcoal is NOT provided.
Quiet time at Sandhill Townhomes is 10PM. Pool shuts down at 11PM.

Cooking OR Smoking inside the property or on the balcony is NOT permitted. Please use the pool side BBQ pits

Keep ALL vehicles, including golf carts, off the property landscaping. There is plenty of concrete parking around this property.
Quiet time is at 10PM and the pool area closes at 11PM
