AROUND THE CRAB PAD

Sandhill Townhomes is located on a private lane just off 11th Street. There are two assigned parking spaces out front with additional parking across the lane. In addition, you will have access to the owners 24 foot deep x 13 foot wide garage for additional parking. There is a second floor 9ft x 24ft balcony, outfitted with composite chairs and tables, to take in the local sights and sounds.

LIVING AREA

From the entry, a wooden staircases with wrought iron spindled handrails lead you up to an open & inviting living space that is sure to make you feel at home. This perfectly decorated beach home is outfitted with a sectional sofa, two reclining chairs, and 55” satellite TV.

KITCHEN & DINING

All of your culinary needs will be met in this gorgeous beach kitchen that has been expertly outfitted with a full suite of white appliances against white cabinets. Glass subway tile back splash and granite counter tops through out the kitchen & breakfast bar are alluring qualities of this kitchen space. Other kitchen amenities can be found in the pantry. Comfortably seat your family and friends at a dining table for six and two stools at the breakfast bar. If you’d prefer, there is additional seating for four on the balcony.

MASTER EN-SUITE

The master bedroom features a comfortable king bed with bamboo headboard, ceiling fan, dresser, and full size closet. An en-suite bathroom includes dual sink vanities, shower, lavatory, and deep soaking jetted Jacuzzi tub. At night, enjoy your favorite shows from a 40” satellite TV.

DOWNSTAIRS BEDROOMS AND BATHROOM

The first of two guest bedrooms offers a queen bed, satellite TV, and plenty of closet storage. The second guest bedroom is outfitted with two twin beds, clothing chest, and standard closet storage. A full size bathroom is just up the hallway and features a granite top vanity, lavatory, and subway tiled shower.

OUTDOOR AREAS

As a guest of Crab Pad, you will have easy access to the community pool, hot tub, and sun deck. Pool shuts down at 11PM.
