One way to keep your yard looking its best is to mow your grass regularly. Keeping in mind the coastal weather and soil, applying the appropriate lawn fertilizer during the right times will promote new growth. Maintaining xeriscaped properties is also not a proplem. We use reliable lawn maintenance professionals or trusted landscapers for full lawn care services, depending on your needs.
Housekeeping Services
At On Island Time Properties we are extremely picky. We feel as though a clean home is a comfortable home and we go to great lengths to provide it. Our cleaning staff can tailor a program for your home no matter the request. Cleaning behind furniture, scrubbing floors, wiping down baseboards is only the beginning of our normal deep clean. We take the stress out of locating good, reliable, detail oriented housekeepers.
Home Prep
Let us know before you come to town. Your home will be ready to go with the temperature settings to your liking and appropriate lighting if you arrive after dark. If you choose to only visit for summer or the off season we can do a deep clean on your home to prepare for your arrival. If you have items such as furniture or Christmas packages being delivered, let us know, and we can handle the arrangements.
