Chief's Penthouse & Patio is a three bedroom, two bath beach front penthouse condominium and a unique and sought after vacation rental at The Mayan Princess. The spacious single level floor plan (1709 sq/ft) features upgraded finishing touches, such as, new stainless steel appliance package, full sized washer and dryer, upgraded kitchen cabinets, granite countertops, and new flooring throughout the property. Another unique feature to Chief’s Penthouse & Patio is the large private patio deck to enjoy our beautiful Gulf Coast sunrises, sunsets, and ocean views. There are two tables on the patio which will accommodate 8 guests. The large kitchen has plenty of cabinet space and a food pantry, breakfast bar with stools, while the dining table will seat eight. The living room features balcony views of the Gulf of Mexico and tropical pools, queen size sleeper sofa, 75” HDTV flat screen, Sonos surround sound and music system. The third bedroom is equipped with two twin beds and a 40” TV. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and a 40” flat panel TV.
