On Island Time Vacation Rentals has partnered with VayKLife, a premier beach gear delivery service provider, to offer beach gear rentals to our guests. Beach Gear Rentals are a great way to save space and hassle when traveling to the beach! Beach chairs, umbrellas, canopies, beach carts, coolers, beach games, and more can all be delivered and picked up when you stay at one of our participating island properties.
When you book a stay of 2-21 nights at participating On Island Time Vacation Rental properties, you will receive beach gear credit towards beach gear rentals during your stay.
How it works:
Beach Gear Confirmation
After confirming your reservation with On Island Time Vacation Rentals, you’ll get an email from VayKLife containing your reservation details. Click the provided link to access your pre-populated reservation information and easily order beach gear for your vacation.
Choose your Gear
VayKLife offers a wide range of beach gear including beach chairs, carts, umbrellas, and skim/body boards. If you have a larger group, you can order additional items beyond your credit and pay the difference. For a seamless experience, please place your order online at least 48 hours before your arrival.
Gear Delivery
VayKLife will deliver your beach gear directly to your property on the day of your arrival. A text notification will alert you once the gear arrives to ensure a smooth and convenient process.

Beach Gear Pick-up
Before you leave, clean your beach gear and put it back in its original location. VaykLife will handle the pickup process, which is free of charge for the pickup day. Crews begin at 6 AM on departure day, so it’s recommended to leave the gear in place the night before departure to avoid any disruptions while packing.
PLEASE NOTE:
From mid-spring to early fall, high demand beach gear items may be limited. We recommend reserving your gear as early as possible.
