A 25% deposit of the total reservation cost is required to secure your booking. This can be paid by credit card or by check if booking over the phone. The deposit is applied toward your total balance, and you will receive a confirmation reflecting the remaining amount due.

When is the remaining balance due?

The remaining balance for your reservation is due 15 days before your arrival. Unless other payment arrangements have been made, the credit card on file will be automatically charged at that time.

Unit 212 is in a convenient location with a great view. The furnishings are very nice and modern and not over crowded. Comfortable bed! We were not able to connect to the wifi and cell signal is not strong enough inside. Only real complaint is the door to the spacious waterfront deck is VERY difficult to open and close and has some older film on it. The atmosphere, look, and comfort of 212 is great.

Great place, well-appointed condo, amazing location with a quick walk to the beach and pool. Basically in your backyard had a question about the hot water and a maintenance worker was there within minutes to help us.
