The Surfside complex is directly across the street from the beach and Gulf of Mexico. After a long day of fun in the sun you will love coming back to the beautiful courtyard with grills, picnic tables, covered sitting areas and a sparkling pool. The pool is heated as well so it can be enjoyed any time of year! The Surfside complex is made up of 2-bedroom condos surrounding the courtyard, making it the ideal choice for large groups looking to stay close to one another.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
-A two-night minimum stay is required.
-Contracting guests must be 25 years of age or older. The guest must have a State Driver's License or other acceptable ID.
-DOG-FRIENDLY PROPERTY FOR STAYS OVER 30 DAYS: MAXIMUM OF ONE DOG UNDER 50 LBS. Stays of 30 days or more, the pet fee is $400, including standard pet cleaning fee. Corpus Christi leash laws require pets to be secured on a leash when outside of the home and at the beach.
PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED FOR STAYS UNDER 30 DAYS.
